This is a used Giddings & Lewis Electronics servo interface PCB assembly bearing part numbers 501-03882-00 and 502-03092-00, silkscreened directly on the board. The Giddings & Lewis brand logo is printed on the board face. Date code RC 5/84 is visible on the silkscreen. The board is configured with two servo channels, labeled SIG and FDBK, with signal groups including COS, SIN, IND, RES, DRV CMD, and GND connections along the left edge via a gold-edge card connector. A second gold-edge card connector labeled MACH CONN is located along the right edge with numbered positions up to position 24. Two TO-3 package power transistors marked S8624 and LH0101CK are mounted on heatsinks and are visible on the board face. Active ICs include LMB652, AM0640 (x2), and R3162 (x2). Precision resistor networks include Dale RS-7 series 0.05% tolerance resistors. Trimmer potentiometers labeled GAIN, BAL, VR1-1, and VR1-2 are present and accessible for adjustment. Multiple test points are distributed across the board face. The board uses through-hole construction throughout. This assembly is consistent with resolver-based analog servo interface applications used in Giddings & Lewis CNC machine tool systems. Physical condition shows signs of prior installation and use. Revision code 5/84 suggests this board is from the Giddings & Lewis legacy CNC product line.
