Hurco V2 ATC Relay PCB Assembly, part number 415-0241-001, revision A, also referenced by board number 414-0241-001 Rev A. Silkscreened "V2 ATC RELAY PCB ASSEMBLY (ARP)" on the component side. This board was manufactured in the USA and is used in Hurco V2 CNC vertical machining centers to control the Automatic Tool Changer relay functions, including Tool Magazine Left (TML) and Tool Magazine Right (TMR) circuits as labeled on the board.
The assembly is populated with four Potter and Brumfield style power relays, one smaller signal relay in a clear housing, multiple 0.1uF 100 ohm snubber capacitor networks, orange screw terminal connectors, a DIP switch block, a DB15 style connector, a 15-pin header connector, and an Oriental Motor module rated 200V 50/60Hz 3A mounted vertically at the upper right corner. The board also carries indicator LEDs and diodes for relay feedback circuits. The PCB is green fiberglass with white silkscreen and carries a CAUTION warning noting high voltage is present on the board.
This board is a direct replacement for the ATC relay PCB position in Hurco V2 machining centers. Compatibility should be confirmed against the specific machine model and control revision prior to installation.
