Kollmorgen / Giddings & Lewis M.1017.6227 Operator Station Board, a remanufactured substitute for OEM reference number 503-16939-10, with Kollmorgen reference 573-16939-10. Serial number D28238, date code 232403. This large-format PCB assembly is the operator station board for the Giddings & Lewis Numeripath 8000 and 8000B series CNC control systems, used in horizontal boring mills and other large CNC machine tool platforms. The board carries silkscreen designation OP STATION BD with associated part numbers 503-19031-10, 501-04305-00, and 502-26116-20, REV-2, and integrates two Ericsson EriPower DC/DC power modules: PKA 2323 PI (input 19 to 35 V, output 2x12 V, 30 W) and PKA 2231 P (input 19 to 35 V, output +5 V and +12 V / -12 V, 25 W). The board features multiple large-scale ICs, PLCC and DIP logic devices, onboard CPLD, and extensive edge connector arrays consistent with CNC operator interface and control functions. Stored in an ESD-protective anti-static bag. The Giddings & Lewis 8000 and 8000B CNC control platform is widely installed in heavy-duty machining centers.
