The Koyo 5760 is a single row tapered roller bearing cone manufactured in Japan by JTEKT Corporation. This component is the inner ring assembly of a 5700 series inch dimension tapered roller bearing set, designed to be paired with the matching 5735 cup to form a complete bearing. The cone features a 3.000 inch bore diameter and a 1.815 inch cone width per Koyo published specifications. Construction includes a chrome steel roller set retained by a stamped steel cage, with raceways ground to support combined radial and axial loading in a single direction. Published basic load ratings list a static load capacity of 380,000 N and a dynamic load capacity of 303,000 N. The tapered geometry of the rollers and raceway allows the bearing to accommodate heavy radial loads along with axial thrust loads when properly mounted in opposition to a second tapered roller bearing. Typical applications for the 5700 series include heavy industrial machinery, agricultural equipment, gearboxes, wheel hub assemblies, and power transmission systems where high load capacity at low to intermediate rotational speeds is required. The unit is supplied in its original Koyo branded retail packaging with a date code of 05/19 and barcode 605790040610 visible on the carton label. The item is identified as part number 5760, sold individually as a cone component only. Interchanges include the Timken 5760 and Bower 5760 under industry standard tapered roller bearing cross references.
