A heavy-duty industrial storage cabinet from Lyon Metal Products, the 1120V is an all-welded 14-gauge steel unit configured with two full-length Lexan clearview doors that allow contents to be viewed without opening the cabinet. The cabinet measures 48 in. wide x 24 in. deep x 82 in. high and includes four full-width adjustable steel shelves, each rated at 1,450 lbs per shelf capacity per Lyon published specifications for this model. Shelves adjust on 3-in. centers via welded keyhole slots. The door assembly uses heavy-duty 5/16-in. brass-pin hinges welded to each door, and a 3-point locking system with a 3/8-in. latch rod and 3/16-in. latch plate. The cast aluminum handle includes a 3/8-in. padlock hasp for optional user-supplied lock. Forklift-compatible 4-in. welded steel legs are integrated into the base. The unit is painted in a custom teal color, which differs from the standard Lyon Dove Gray powder coat finish. Lyon Metal Products is based in Aurora, Illinois and manufactures this line in the USA.
