Used in Mazak CNC machining centers, the IPM-200 is a Yamazaki Mazak M/T Controller board designed for machine tool control applications. The board carries the Mazak name and IPM-200 part number printed directly on the PCB silkscreen, confirming manufacturer and model identification. The assembly is a full-size, multi-layer green PCB populated with Toshiba TC4088BP logic ICs, an HD145188P device, TD62504P and TD62604P driver ICs, and a number of additional supporting components including capacitors, resistors, and edge connectors. A heat sink assembly is mounted on the upper section of the board, along with resistor networks and multi-pin connectors along the left and lower edges, including CN502, CN503, CN500, and CN500A. The reverse side shows a dense through-hole solder pattern consistent with the component density visible on the front. The IPM-200 is a discontinued Mazak component and is no longer available through standard OEM supply channels, making surplus units the primary source for replacement. This board is compatible with Mazak CNC equipment utilizing the IPM-200 M/T Controller configuration. Buyers are encouraged to verify compatibility with their specific machine model and serial number prior to purchase.
