Product Description

This is a Murrelektronik 4000-68000-0970000 panel insert. The faceplate reads Art.-No. 4000-68000-0970000, with ports marked X2 and X4 for USB, X3 for RJ45, and an RJ45 port at the top right whose X1 label is partly cut off in the photos. The two RJ45 jacks are marked Cat 5e. The faceplate also shows the cULus mark and the text Use Class 2 Source Only for low voltage data connectors limited to 42,4 Vdc. The rear is marked Made in Germany and 06014 and shows the EAC mark. The box label reads Murrelektronik GmbH, Falkenstrasse 3, 71570 Oppenweiler, Germany, Art.-No. 4000-68000-0970000 (partly covered by tape), Made in Germany, and Code 06014.

The insert has a light grey faceplate with two USB Type A sockets, two shielded metal RJ45 jacks, four screws, and a data matrix code. The rear has two grey USB adapter blocks with the USB symbol, and a copper pin with slight dark discoloration around it. A folded multi-language instruction sheet is shown with the unit, which is wrapped in paper.
