The Namco Controls EA15011000 is a Snap-Lock series super-sensitive limit switch with a solid-state electronic output, rated 10 to 30 VDC at 400 mA maximum. Manufactured by Namco Controls Corp of Highland Heights, Ohio, this unit belongs to the EA150 series, a long-running product line engineered for high repeatability and reliability in light-touch sensing applications. The electronic output configuration distinguishes this variant from standard mechanical contact versions and makes it compatible with DC control circuits requiring solid-state switching.

The EA150 series is widely applied in vibratory bowl feeders, small-part counting and detection, gauging equipment, liquid level control, safety interlock circuits, and machine tool position sensing. The rotary actuation style provides up to 360 degrees of total travel, gravity return to set position, and extremely low trip torque suited for detecting lightweight or fragile targets. Wiring connections follow a three-wire color-coded scheme visible on the label: brown, black, and blue conductors corresponding to supply, output, and common respectively.

The unit is constructed with a zinc housing and includes an integral cable with a three-pin connector at the lead end. Mounting is via front shaft with standard hardware attachment points. Made in the USA. Operating lever is not included and is sold separately per manufacturer specification.
