Power Electronics International Two Speed Soft Start Controller SM8A2L 200 to 460 VAC

The Power Electronics International SM8A2L is a Smooth-Move 2 two speed reduced torque soft start control rated for 8 amps and a 200 to 460 VAC input range. The unit accepts a 115 VAC/VDC control voltage at the contactor coil input and is configured for 60 Hz operation per the box label. Designed for three phase AC induction motors, it supports applications including overhead cranes, hoists, trolleys, monorails, conveyors, overhead doors, bottling lines, and textile machinery. The unit ships with a finned aluminum heat sink and a DIN mount base, and the front housing is constructed from molded black plastic with screw type terminal blocks.
