The silkscreen on this vintage PCB identifies it as a CMOS Dual Bus Memory board, part number 501-03883-00, assembly number 502-03093-40. The date code 22-85 indicates a February 1985 manufacture date. The board carries the system designation DDL-350 in silkscreen, and serial number 495005 is marked on the component side edge. Supply voltage is labeled 5V VCCA per silkscreen marking.
The board is populated with Hitachi HM6264LP-15 CMOS static RAM ICs, which are 8K x 8-bit devices rated at 150ns access time in a 28-pin DIP package, date coded Japan 8506. Multiple rows of these SRAM chips cover the majority of the board surface. Logic ICs on the control section include Texas Instruments SN74LS series devices including LS240, LS244, LS273, LS175, LS04, LS00, and LS10 types, as well as SN74S283N adder ICs and an LM339 comparator.
