Part number 501-03883-00 is silkscreened along the top edge of this vintage industrial CMOS Dual Bus Memory board, accompanied by assembly number 502-03093-40 and a date code of 22-85 indicating February 1985 production. The board is associated with the DDL-350 system per silkscreen designation, and carries serial number 495005 with an additional handwritten notation of 439. The revision level is marked RB 1/84 and the prefix 503 precedes the serial number on the bottom edge.
The memory section of the board is densely populated with Hitachi HM6264LP-15 CMOS static RAM devices in 28-pin DIP packages, each labeled Japan 8506 with lot codes T0002550 and T0002330. These chips are 8K x 8-bit SRAM devices with 150ns access time. The logic and control section incorporates Texas Instruments TTL devices in the LS and ALS families, including SN74LS240N, SN74LS244N, SN74LS273N, SN74LS175N, SN74LS00N, SN74LS11N, SN74LS340N, SN74LS682N, and SN74ALS240-1N, along with SN74S283N adder ICs, an LM339N comparator, and a DM7406N open-collector buffer. Sub-assembly boards 88172-00 (502-70172-00), 88174-00 (502-70174-00), and 88196-00 (502-70196-00) are stickered onto piggyback IC positions. Power supply connections include dual 5V VCCA and 5V VCCA rails visible at CONN P2. The board features three gold-plated edge connectors and white plastic ejector tabs at the upper corners, consistent with a full-length industrial CNC control rack format.
