This listing is for a used Reliance Electric 0-52840-96 CCC Custom Component Card PC Board. This board is a plug-in card designed for use in the Reliance Electric MaxPak Plus DC spindle drive system, occupying the CCC slot position on the MaxPak Plus 51377-31 motherboard rack. The serial label HD4000439 is visible on the board face.

The 0-52840-96 is a more extensively populated CCC variant than the standard 8-dial faceplate boards in the same 0-52840 series. The board carries no faceplate but features a dense array of adjustment potentiometers and labeled functional zones silkscreened directly onto the PCB surface. Labeled adjustment zones include Reference Rate, Feed Permissive, Major Loop Compensate, Speed Comp, Current Loop, Jog Function, Seq. Delay, and Field Reg. Named potentiometers include R61 Width, J61 Zero, R43 Stab A, R44 Stab B, R41 Loss A, R42 Loss B, R81 Down Rate, R82 SPL LS1, R83 SPL LS2, R71 Rate, and others. Jumper positions include J11 Fast, J12 Slow, J21 Fwd, J22 Rev, and speed range selections. A gold-finger edge connector runs along one edge for backplane insertion into the MaxPak Plus rack.
