The Reliance Electric 0-60031-6 is a Resolver and Drive I/O Module designed for use in Reliance AutoMax and compatible PMI-based drive control systems. This board interfaces resolver feedback signals with the drive's I/O subsystem, providing precise position and velocity feedback communication between the resolver and drive control architecture. The module features a multi-pin backplane connector, toroidal inductor, onboard transformer, Xilinx XC3042A FPGA, DDC USA RDC chip, and multiple integrated circuits supporting feedback signal conditioning and digital I/O functions. The PCB carries the board designation DCNO and barcode SR0CX8QD on the reverse. The front face includes dual D-sub connectors labeled for resolver feedback and drive I/O connections, along with LED status indicators for system feedback. This unit was processed and shipped by Rockwell Automation as a remanufactured product under catalog number RO-60031-6D, serial number SR0CY1U, customer order C210268, dated 09/27/2010, with R-Site 660. The board was packed in Rockwell Automation ESD anti-static bags with convoluted foam cushioning inside the original remanufactured product box. The 0-60031-6 is an obsolete part no longer in active production by Reliance Electric or its successor Rockwell Automation. It is compatible with AutoMax rack-based drive platforms and is used across a range of legacy industrial automation and CNC drive systems. Made in USA.
