Product Description

This is a Franz Kessler AC motor spindle, part number 000.666.956. The plate on the output face is marked 000.666.956, n max 10.000 1/min, SN 274 964 and CE. A screw covers the end of the part number line, which ends in -A. The plate does not show voltage, power or current ratings.

The unit has a cylindrical steel motor body, a square mounting flange and a stub shaft with a center bore. The rear of the housing has a terminal block with cable glands, a brass fitting and an attached Deublin 1111-002-105 rotary union with a blue housing. The unit comes with the attached wiring harnesses, a large round connector and an angled fitting with red caps, as shown in the photos. The flange face shows rust and the housing shows surface wear from prior service.

Sold as surplus, untested. This unit has not been powered on or run by MRO Exchange, and bearing, winding and rotary union condition have not been verified.
