Used in pharmaceutical blister packaging lines for product quality control, the scanware electronic LYNX-SPECTRA BW is a black-and-white vision inspection system controller rated at 24V DC, 1.5A. Part number 208.405.00.01.079, article number 095.20.40.01, manufactured in Germany on 18.05.2020.
The unit houses three modular sections in a single aluminum enclosure. The top section carries the power input connector and main power switch. The middle card is labeled LYNX-FG 1 (article 091.20.01.00) and provides four camera interfaces: Camera 1, Camera 2, a DC-Camera port, and a Main I/O port, along with status and channel indicator LEDs and a fiber optic interface. The bottom section is the SC1 compute module (article 050.62.01.01), which provides USB 3.0, VGA, and dual Ethernet ports for host connectivity. A red ejector handle is visible on one side.
The SPECTRA BW system is intended for mono lines where cross-contamination can be excluded by process design. Inspection criteria include product presence, position, shape, circumference, size, fragments, and overfill detection. Supported product types include hard and soft gelatin capsules, tablets, dragees, and oblongs. The platform supports software and hardware expansion to color inspection.
The enclosure includes perforated side panels for ventilation. All visible module article numbers and connector labels are consistent with scanware LYNX-generation platform hardware. CE marked. Made in Germany.
