The Square D 50SV1A is a general purpose dry type transformer manufactured by Schneider Electric. This single phase resin encapsulated unit carries a rated power of 0.050 kVA (50 VA) and operates at 60 Hz. The primary voltage configuration is 240 x 480 VAC, with a secondary voltage of 120/240 VAC, making the unit suitable for stepping down line voltage to standard control or low voltage circuits in industrial and commercial environments.

The core and coil assembly is encapsulated in epoxy resin, producing a sealed enclosure with no openings.
