Product Description

The TECO-Westinghouse VSTP3006 is a 300 HP vertical high thrust AC motor with a P base, rated 460V, 60 Hz, 6-pole, with a synchronous speed of 1200 RPM. It carries the AEEHED type designation and a frame 5009 TEFC enclosure. Motors in this configuration are used on deep well turbine pumps, irrigation, and water and wastewater service.

The unit is fitted with a non-reverse ratchet and a 120V / 200W anti-condensation space heater circuit, which remains live when the motor is switched off. Per the lubrication plate, the upper bearing runs on turbine oil at 300 SUS viscosity at 100°F with a 1.8 gallon fill, changed every six months, and the lower bearing is regreasable with Mobil Polyrex EM at 3.53 oz every 9,000 operating hours.
