Mazak part number 533740003ZA references two individual THK assemblies: model HSR35LU2SSC0S+1080LSP-IV (serial number YGG38091-AKB) and model HSR35LU2SSC0S+1130LSP-IV (serial number YGG38091-B). Each assembly consists of one profiled linear rail and two LM guide blocks, yielding four blocks and two rails total in the set.

The HSR35 series is a standard-type LM guide from THK featuring four-row ball circulation and 45-degree contact angles that provide equal load ratings in radial, reverse radial, and lateral directions. The LU designation indicates an extra-long block, providing increased moment rigidity compared to standard-length carriages. Rail width is 35mm. Rail lengths are 1080mm (approximately 42.5 inches) and 1130mm (approximately 44.5 inches). The SSC0S suffix designates standard preload with stainless steel ball retainer and end seal configuration.
