The Timken LM67048 is a single tapered roller bearing cone, the inner ring assembly used as one half of a separable tapered roller bearing arrangement. It pairs with compatible cups in the LM67010, LM67010B, LM67010BA, and LM67014 series to form a complete single row tapered roller bearing assembly. Designed to support combined radial and axial loads on a rotating shaft, this cone is commonly mounted in opposing pairs to evenly distribute loading across the shaft system.
Manufactured by Timken in the United States, the LM67048 features a 1.2500 in. bore and a 0.660 in. cone width. The cone is part number LM67048 in the LM67000 series and carries an ABMA Class 2 precision rating. Construction includes a stamped steel cage that evenly spaces the tapered rollers to reduce friction, vibration, and noise during operation.
