Product Description

This ViscoTec ViscoTreat-R 3VRP22 25l (VisChem) is a viscous fluid dosing and treatment system. The machine nameplate gives commission number AT-23-00695, year of manufacture 2023, weight 215 kg, 480Y/277V AC, 13 A and 60 Hz. The unit is built on a mobile frame with castors and includes an insulated conical vessel with a gear motor on top, a motor and pump assembly below the vessel, a Leybold SOGEVAC rotary vane vacuum pump, ball valves, and tri-clamp fittings, with a floor-standing control cabinet.

The control cabinet is a Rittal AX Compact enclosure, AX 1090.000, with a production date of 09.12.2022 and UL, CE and UK CA marks. The ViscoTec electrical label lists 480Y/277V AC, 13 A full load, a maximum short circuit current of 65 kA rms symmetrical at 480V max, a field-provided 15A supply fuse, Nema 4, and diagram number EL-006386. A separate label from HEI tec.automation Heizinger GmbH of Germany shows the CE mark, year 2023, 60 Hz, IP65, max. 15A and drawing number EL-005993_0. Inside the cabinet, the visible components are a Siemens LOGO! controller, a Hitachi inverter whose model is not legible in the photos, a Siemens SITOP PSU300S power supply, and Siemens SIRIUS motor protection devices.
