The AMCI HT-20S is a single turn brushless resolver transducer manufactured by Advanced Micro Controls Inc. of Terryville, Connecticut, identified by model number HT-20S. This unit is the side connector configuration of AMCI's industry standard HT-20 series, designed to deliver absolute rotary position feedback in industrial automation, CNC, packaging, and stamping press applications. The transducer features a 5/8 inch keyed shaft, 1/4 inch by 20 mounting holes, oversized double row sealed bearings rated for shaft loads up to 100 lbs radial and 50 lbs axial, a sealed anodized aluminum housing, and a mil spec side mounted connector. The HT-20S carries an IP67 rating and is suitable for use in environments subject to washdowns. Standard electrical specifications are equivalent to the R11X-J10/7 resolver, allowing the HT-20S to interface directly with AMCI resolver interface modules as well as resolver based control systems from major industry manufacturers. The unit shown is presented in the original AMCI carton, opened for inspection, accompanied by the AMCI product documentation insert, foam packaging, and connector dust cap. The transducer itself shows no signs of installation or use. Visible identifiers include AMCI product label marking PRODUCT TRANSDUCER, MODEL NO HT-20S, SERIAL NO 07140540, with a separate carton label showing item number AMCIHT20S and description RESOLVER.
