Used in conveyor, packaging, and general industrial drive applications, this right angle worm gear gearmotor assembly pairs a Baldor Reliance Super-E CEM3558T AC motor with a Hub City cast iron worm gear reducer. The Baldor motor carries catalog number CEM3558T, spec 35AA002M494G1, and is rated 2 HP at 1755 RPM. Voltage is 208-230/460V, three phase, 60 Hz. Frame is 145TC with a TEFC enclosure and Class F insulation. Service factor is 1.15. NEMA nominal efficiency is 86.5%. Serial number F1105160918. Bearings are 6205 (drive end) and 6203 (opposite drive end). The motor is manufactured by Baldor Electric Co. in Fort Smith, AR, USA.
The attached reducer carries the Hub City name cast into the housing and features a solid keyed output shaft with a right angle configuration. The Hub City reducer model number and gear ratio are not legible in available photos and cannot be confirmed from visible evidence. Output RPM is therefore unconfirmed.
The junction between motor and reducer uses a 145TC C-face mounting interface. The assembly includes the conduit box with wiring leads accessible. The item is offered as a combined assembly.
