This is a Baldor Reliance CECP4406T-4 hydraulic power unit. The motor nameplate reads BALDOR RELIANCE Super-E Severe Duty XEX, Baldor Electric Co., Ft. Smith, AR, Mfg. in U.S.A., CAT NO. CECP4406T-4, SPEC NO. A44-5421-1778, HP 150, AMPS 169, VOLTS 460, DESIGN B, FRAME SIZE 445TC, RPM 1785, HZ 60, AMB 40 C, SF 1.15, PH 3, DUTY CONT, INSUL CLASS F, TYPE P, ENCL TEFC, CODE F, POWER FACTOR 86, NEMA NOM EFFICIENCY 95.8, GUARANTEED EFFICIENCY 95, 3/4 LOAD EFF. 96.1, MAX CORR KVAR 30.0, SER. NO. A2112072049, MOTOR WEIGHT 2138 LBS, and PLANT 12. The plate also shows the hazardous location and inverter duty ratings listed above and CSA and Energy Verified marks. A separate plate reads LUBRICATED WITH EXXON POLYREX EM.
A second plate reads HYDAC Hycon Division, Bethlehem, PA, with Filter Assembly Model Code DFBH/HC660 and Element Model Code 0660 D 010. The rest of both model codes and the PSI date are faint and not readable, so they are not listed. It reads MAWP 4500 PSI. That figure is the filter plate rating only and is not a stated working pressure for the pump or the unit. A third plate reads Type: AA10VSO140DRG/31R-VKD62N00, S/N: 393909, with no manufacturer name printed on it.
The unit is built on a red steel frame with lifting lugs. A large green Baldor Reliance motor is bolted to the frame and is coupled to a black hydraulic pump through a gray bell housing. The pump has hydraulic hoses, a valve block with solenoid valves, and a suction hose with an elbow fitting. A black filter canister is mounted on a bracket at one end of the frame, with a hose and large fittings on top. The motor has a conduit box and gray flexible conduits, and a lifting eye on top. An orange label on the bell housing reads PUMP 1. The paint shows some touch-up, and the frame and motor show light wear.
Sold as surplus, untested. This unit has not been powered on or tested by MRO Exchange, and the motor, pump, valves and filter have not been verified. No pump flow or system pressure rating is confirmed.
