Used in B&R ACOPOS servo drive systems, the 8AC112.60-1 is an ETHERNET POWERLINK plug-in interface module that installs directly into a compatible ACOPOS drive to enable network-based communication, configuration, and control in time-critical motion applications.

Per B&R published specifications, the module features two RJ45 ports on the module side and a transfer rate of 100 Mbit/s. It includes an integrated 2-port hub, supporting star or tree cabling topologies with up to 10 hub levels and a maximum segment distance of 100 meters per segment. The module operates synchronously with the ETHERNET POWERLINK cycle and provides electrical isolation between the Ethernet network and the ACOPOS drive. Status LEDs are included for visual indication.

Power draw is 2.5 W maximum, supplied through the host ACOPOS drive. Hardware and software watchdog functions are provided via the drive. Storage temperature range is minus 25 to plus 55 degrees C. The node number is set via an onboard switch.
