C0, serial M1PI190820066, IN 7.43 A, IO 10.81 A, UN 560 VDC, MN 12.3 Nm, MO 17.9 Nm, NN 3000 1/min, IP54, Class F at 40 C, Brake 24 VDC 25 Nm, 1908, Made in Czech Rep. The nameplate also shows UL (E61960, PS155-1), CE, EN60034-1 and EN60034-5 marks. The gearbox label reads Sumitomo (SHI) Cyclo Drive Germany GmbH, Type XFCGS 111-29/111S12, SN.-Nr. DE0811251, Esso Unirex N2, Bj 04/2020.

The motor has a black housing with two metal angled connectors on top. It is mounted to a light gray painted gearbox with a solid cylindrical output shaft. A plastic bag of mounting bolts is taped to the motor.
