The nameplate also shows UL E47479, CSA LR22132, and lead connection diagrams for 208-230 volts and 460 volts. It is marked Manufactured for Dayton Electric Mfg. Co., Niles, IL 60714 U.S.A. The NEMA Design field is blank and no serial number is shown on the nameplate. A second label above the nameplate reads Operate On 50 Hz at 1/2 HP, 208-220/440 Volts, 2.1-2.4/1.2 Amps, 1425 RPM.
