Product Description

This Dril-Quip hydraulic rotary table system is a complete, self-contained package built for heavy-duty oilfield and industrial tubular handling. It consists of the rotary table assembly and its matched hydraulic power unit with integrated controls.

The table carries a 45 in face plate, tape measured, in a 4-jaw independent configuration, with a heavy-duty enclosed drive housing, an integrated lifting eye and an industrial floor-mounted base.

The hydraulic power unit sits on a fork-liftable diamond plate skid and carries the Dril-Quip Quickdrill Mark II control panel, with push-button controls for clockwise and counter-clockwise rotation, speed control, an operating mode selector, zero and dump functions and an emergency stop. The unit includes an electric motor driven hydraulic pump with pressure gauge and plumbing.

Dril-Quip manufactures oilfield and subsea equipment. A table of this type suits pipe handling, casing work, tubular make-up and break-out, and similar heavy rotation applications.
