Surplus Dril-Quip Hollow Spindle Rotary Table System, complete with dedicated hydraulic power unit and QuickPanel HMI control cabinet. Serial Number HSRTB1, manufactured June 2005.

This is a complete, self-contained oilfield rotary table package consisting of two components: the rotary table assembly and its dedicated hydraulic power unit with integrated control panel.

The rotary table features a large-diameter face plate (approximately 48") with a 4-jaw independent configuration and a large hollow center bore, designed for pipe rotation, casing make-up/break-out, and tubular handling operations. The robust cast iron construction is built to oilfield-grade standards.

The hydraulic power unit and control cabinet is mounted on a heavy-duty fork-liftable diamond-plate skid and includes a Dril-Quip-branded QuickPanel HMI touchscreen interface, multiple push-button operator controls (zero, mode, drill/e-stop, dump, CCW, CW, speed, drill-stop), a prominent red emergency stop button, an integrated hydraulic pump and motor assembly, and hydraulic line connections. The cabinet features a heavy-duty lifting eye on top for crane handling.

This system is well-suited for oilfield tubular running operations, pipe shop make-up/break-out work, workover operations, or casing inspection facilities. Dril-Quip is a well-regarded manufacturer of subsea and surface wellhead equipment and specialty oilfield tools.
