Used in CNC turning centers equipped with BMT55 turrets, the Eppinger PRECI-FLEX 25 modular tooling adapter set provides a quick-change toolholding solution built around the PRECI-FLEX cone-face interface. The set is identified by kit reference R78786 and includes a base receiver unit marked 2503-0102, multiple interchangeable adapter holders marked 2507-0262, and the associated tightening and alignment tools, all housed in the original Eppinger plastic carrying case with foam inserts.
The PRECI-FLEX Size 25 system uses a taper and flat-face planar interface that allows multiple adapter types to mount to a single base holder. Adapters confirmed present in this set include Weldon-shank style holders compatible with the PRECI-FLEX 25 conical interface. The system accommodates offline presetting, enabling tool changeovers without interrupting machine cycle time. Eppinger published repeatability for the PRECI-FLEX system at within 10 microns.
