This is a Fanuc A03B-0807-C011 interface module, model designation AIF01A, manufactured by Fanuc Ltd in Japan. The AIF01A is a compact I/O interface module used within Fanuc modular I/O rack systems to establish communication between the CNC or PLC controller and connected I/O modules such as digital input and output cards. Per manufacturer published specifications, the unit operates at 24V DC.
