Fanuc A03B-0815-C001 Base Connection Panel I/O Module, Type 2, manufactured by Fanuc Ltd in Japan. Serial number E20778, dated 2008.08. This module provides 24 digital inputs and 16 digital outputs at 24V DC and is designed for use as the basic I/O connector panel module in Fanuc CNC control systems.

The A03B-0815-C001 features five connectors: JD1B, JD1A, CA101, JA3, and CB161. It supports daisy-chain connection with companion expansion modules (C002, C003) to build larger distributed I/O connection panels for complex CNC machine tool applications. The module includes built-in overcurrent detection and a protection circuit that self-activates when overcurrent or overtemperature conditions are detected. The operating temperature range is 0 to 55 degrees Celsius. The module is housed in Fanuc's standard yellow plastic enclosure.

This module is widely used across Fanuc Series 0, 15, 16, 18, and 21 CNC systems as well as Fanuc robotic controllers that utilize the distributed I/O link architecture.
