Used in Fanuc 0 series CNC machine tool controls, the A14B-0076-B001 is the single-phase input power unit manufactured by Fanuc Ltd. in Japan. It serves as the relay stage between incoming AC line power and the main power supply unit in Fanuc 0A, 0B, 0-MA, 0-MB, 0-TA, and 0-TB control systems, as well as compatible Fanuc 6 and Fanuc 10/11 series controllers. The unit accepts 200V or 220V single-phase AC input at 50 or 60 Hz, as shown on the nameplate label. It incorporates the A16B-1600-0090 PCB, which features connectors CP2 through CP5, and manages switching of the main power supply in response to machine sequencing signals. Terminal block labeling visible on the unit includes inputs and outputs designated R, S, EMG OUT1, EMG OUT2, EXR, and EXS, corresponding to power input lines and emergency stop signal circuits. An auxiliary transformer marked A80L-0001-0172 rated at 25V/30V and 0.14A with a 200V/240V primary is mounted on the board. The unit is housed in a distinctive yellow plastic frame and represents the second-generation design of the A14B series single-phase input unit. This assembly was found across thousands of CNC lathes, machining centers, and EDM machines equipped with Fanuc 0 series controls throughout the 1980s and 1990s.
