This is a Fanuc A14B-0061-B002-02 power unit. The nameplate reads Fanuc Ltd, Power Unit, Type A14B-0061-B002-02, Made in Japan. The NO. (PU) and DATE fields are faint and not readable in the photo, so no serial or date is listed. A label at TP11 reads AC200V/220V, and a label at F11 and F12 reads 5A.

The top of the unit is covered by a gold-toned metal plate with a High Voltage warning label. The exposed circuit board below carries TDK components, two heat sinks with mounted transistors, electrolytic capacitors, a Fanuc-marked IC, trimmer potentiometers, and a screw terminal strip along the bottom edge.
