The Fanuc A06B-6150-H018 is an Alpha i series power supply module, type αiPS 18HV, used in FANUC CNC machine tool platforms to provide main motor power and common control power to servo amplifiers and spindle amplifiers. The nameplate lists a rated input of 400 to 480 V AC, 37 A at 400 V, 50/60 Hz, 3 phase, with a rated DC output of 565 to 679 V at 21 kW.
