Used in CNC machining centers and machine tool applications, the FANUC A06B-6096-H106 is a single-axis servo amplifier module belonging to the Alpha SVM1-130 series. This module is part of the A06B-6096 family, which utilizes an FSSB optical fiber interface for communication with compatible FANUC CNC control systems including the Series 30i, 31i, and 32i.

The nameplate identifies rated DC input at 283 to 325V with a power rating of 9.1 kW. Maximum AC output voltage is 230V, and rated output current for the L axis is 52.2A. The unit is manufactured by FANUC LTD in Yamanashi, Japan, and carries CE marking. Serial number EA9306476 and revision level D are visible on the nameplate label. A secondary internal identifier, A280-0514-X005, is visible on the underside of the input terminal cover.
