The nameplate reads αiSV 80HV, A06B-6127-H105 with a D marking, rated input 565-679 V DC at 5.8 kW, maximum output voltage 480 V AC, rated output current L axis 18.2 A, manual no. B-65282, standard EN50178 and UL508C, serial number V10657992, Fanuc Ltd, Yamanashi 401-0597, Japan, with CE and cURus marks. The M axis and N axis lines on the nameplate are blank.

The front has a caution label (risk of electric shock, discharge time over 20 minutes), a warning label about terminal block screw torque, a status window, a battery cover and connectors marked CX5X and CXA2B. The yellow housing shows surface wear.
