The FMX TD400-4005-3PH is a Tough Drive Series variable frequency AC drive rated at 5 HP / 4.0 kW. The unit accepts 380 to 480 VAC three phase input and provides 0 to 480 VAC three phase output at 9.2 amps full load amperage. Output frequency is adjustable from 0 to 599 Hz with 0.01 Hz accuracy. Control modes include sensorless vector, V/Hz, and PMSLV, with pulse width modulation using IGBT technology and auto tuning. The drive carries CE, UL Listed, UKCA, and RoHS markings, with industrial control equipment file number E503131. Identification on the unit includes serial number 235031118 and part number 0641020111187.

Onboard features include built in PID control, 150 percent rated current for one minute overload capacity, 200 percent instantaneous overload, two analog inputs (0 to 10 VDC and 4 to 20 mA), six PNP or NPN selectable digital inputs, one analog output (0 to 10 VDC), two multi function digital relay outputs, a built in dynamic braking transistor, electronic overload protection, stall prevention, ground fault and short circuit protection, and built in RS485 communication.
