Used in large-part turning, positioning, and heavy industrial machining applications, this CNC rotary positioner headstock assembly features a GE Fanuc Series 18i-T control panel with a full alphanumeric MDI keyboard, machine function keypad, emergency stop, feed rate override dial, and CNC ON/OFF switches. The operator panel is housed in a freestanding teal-painted steel enclosure mounted on a wheeled base with leveling feet. The faceplate measures approximately 48 In. in diameter based on visible tape measurement in photos and carries a 4-jaw independent chuck configuration. The back side of the headstock casting shows a large circular bolt pattern consistent with a through-bore spindle mount. Hydraulic chuck actuation is supported by a Parker hydraulic accumulator, model A4N0231D1KGRG, serial 769257-003-001, rated 231 Cu. In. capacity at 3000 PSI. A Bucher Hydraulics power unit is mounted to the base assembly. Power transformation is handled by a Beaver Electrical Machinery Ltd. 3-phase isolation transformer, Cat. No. B6HM, rated 6.0 KVA, 60 Hz, high voltage 480V Delta, low voltage 208Y/120V, insulation class 220, CSA certified, serial A 0492. Epic-brand heavy-duty industrial connectors are present for machine interface connections, with a URT2-1 labeled connector pocket visible on the headstock body. Anaconda Sealtite flexible conduit is used throughout the wiring harness. An electric motor is present at the base driving the hydraulic system. The overall machine color is teal blue throughout and the assembly appears complete with cables and hoses bundled and secured for transport. No machine builder nameplate was visible. The GE Fanuc 18i-T control is a mid-range CNC series capable of single or dual-path turning and rotating part applications.
