This listing is for a used Giddings and Lewis Digital I/O Board, part number 502-03064-00, dated 1/86 RC. A white label sticker reading "Digital I/O 502-03064-00" is affixed over the corresponding silkscreen area. The assembly drawing number 501-03855-00 is partially visible on the silkscreen. This board is manufactured by Giddings and Lewis, now part of the FIVES group.

This is a large-format dual-section Digital I/O board providing two independent 16-channel (0 through 15) digital I/O sections on a single PCB. Each section includes screw terminal blocks (TB) for field wiring, numbered I/O points 1 through 28 minimum per section, individual fuse positions labeled FU1-0 through FU1-15, red LED status indicators labeled LED1-0 through LED1-15, and jumper positions for each channel. The board features two 30-position terminal strip edge connectors for rack backplane connection, and carries the N/S barcode label on the component side. Visible ICs include positions labeled IC U, ICF U, and associated logic devices. Test points TP9 and additional TP positions are labeled on the board surface.

This board provides isolated digital input and output capability for Giddings and Lewis CNC machine tool control systems. It is a discontinued, obsolete component available only through the industrial surplus market.
