This listing is for a used Giddings and Lewis I/O Communications Board, part number 503-19770-10, assembly drawing number 501-04314-01, Revision 2. The full assembly identifier per available documentation is 503-19770-10 / 502-M.1200.0405 / 501-04314-01 REV-2. This board is manufactured by Giddings and Lewis, now part of the FIVES group following corporate acquisition.

The board silkscreen is printed in yellow on green and clearly labels the function as I/O COMMUNICATIONS BOARD. A white sticker label reading 503-19770-10 is affixed over a portion of the silkscreen. The component side features a sparsely populated layout consistent with a communications interface function. Visible ICs include positions U1 through U12, resistor networks RN1 through RN5, test points TP1 through TP6 (labeled TP1, TP2, TP3-4, TP5-6), and jumper positions J7, J8, J9. A labeled EPROM or firmware chip at U11 carries the sticker 502-57972-00 / 94203-01. A large edge connector assembly is mounted along one edge for rack backplane connection. Additional connectors include a red FOT connector and toggle switch positions labeled PASS and FAIL. A crystal oscillator component Y1 is visible near the right edge.

This board is a discontinued, obsolete component available only through the industrial surplus market.
