Used in Giddings & Lewis 8000 series CNC control systems, the 501-04561-00 is a 32-point AC fused output board carrying the secondary catalog number 502-03567-00. The board is also compatible with equivalent 572-03567-00 catalog designations used in G&L 8000 and 8000B control platforms. The assembly features 32 individually fused AC output channels arranged in a dense through-hole layout across a full-length green PCB. Multiple edge connectors along the right side allow direct backplane integration within the G&L control rack. Visible component population includes discrete capacitors, resistors, and logic ICs consistent with relay-driven output switching applications. The PCB silkscreen designation "32 AC OUTPUT FUSED" is printed in yellow along the lower edge, confirming the board function.
