"A 32-channel fused AC output board from Giddings & Lewis, part number 501-04561-00 with assembly number 502-03567-00. The board is silkscreened ""OUTPUT FUSED"" along the bottom edge, confirming the fused output architecture. The board features four large DIP power output ICs across the top section of the component side, a row of red axial capacitors, TLP3062 optocouplers used for signal isolation on the output channels, and an AMP 2-164045-4 connector (marked 3890) on the lower section for system interface. Additional logic ICs visible include MC74HC573N octal D-type latches and MC74AHC57N devices.
The output channels are organized in groups across the board, with individual fuses for each output located along the left edge in positions F27 through F32 and continuing across the board. The board also carries barcoded label 4 94970. The reverse side shows a clean multilayer trace layout with dual edge connectors along one long edge for backplane mounting.
The board was packaged in antistatic film inside a foam-lined cardboard shipping box and shows no signs of prior installation based on visible component condition. A handwritten test record tag is present, indicating quality verification activity. Giddings & Lewis 501-04561-00 output boards are used as discrete AC output modules within Giddings & Lewis CNC machine tool control systems."
