This listing is for a used Giddings and Lewis dual-output voltage regulator board, part number 501-03175-00, dated RA 8/84. The board silkscreen is labeled REGULATOR and identifies two independently adjustable regulated output sections: VR1-1 for +12V and VR1-2 for -12V ADJUST. Terminal blocks labeled TB IN and TB OUT provide input and output wiring connections.

The board is populated with two TDK Lambda TO-3 package linear voltage regulators: an LAS15U (positive adjustable, date code 8515) and an LAS18U (negative adjustable, date code 8440), each mounted to individual black aluminum heat sinks. Adjustment potentiometers are 752-207 5K trimmer types, one per output channel. Bypass and filter capacitors include tantalum bead capacitors at C2-1, C2-2, C3-1, and C3-2 positions (marked X0104K5). Additional passive components include resistors and diodes on the component side. The board mounts via four corner holes.

This compact regulator board provides regulated dual ±12VDC supply for Giddings and Lewis CNC machine tool control system use. It is a discontinued, obsolete component available only through the industrial surplus market.
