Used Grove Gear IRONMAN GR-HMQ-813-10-H1-D80CZ-10 (SP) worm gear reducer, catalog number GR8135546.00, manufactured by Regal Beloit Corporation in Union Grove, WI 53182. This right angle, single-reduction cast iron unit features a 10:1 gear ratio with a C-face quill input and hollow bore output shaft. Output torque is rated at 263 in-lbs with a maximum input of 0.823 HP at 1750 RPM with a 1.0 service factor. The unit is equipped with a D80CZ metric flange input configuration, a custom factory option denoted by the SP designation. Lubricated at the factory with Mobil Glygoyle GLY460 PAG synthetic lubricant. Date code D/12. Grove Gear IRONMAN 800 Series reducers feature one-piece cast iron housings CNC machined for precise component alignment, tapered roller bearings on the output shaft, oversized high-speed bearings for frequent reversing and start/stop duty, and FKM double lip seals.
