Grundfos CRNE95-2-2 N-G-A-E-HQQE multistage inline pump, in its original shipping crate. A receiving tag on the crate describes the contents as a 25HP, 316SS multistage inline pump, 460-480 / 60 Hz, 3530 RPM, TEFC, with VFD and with pressure sensor. The tag text is cut off after "with pressure sensor", so the connection details are not readable.

The shipping label on the crate shows a crate size of 65 x 25 x 27 in, a packed date of 7 December 2022 and delivery number 0684248534. The tag shows a receiving date of 12/13/22 and a receiving serial number of 21064, which is a number from the receiving tag and not a manufacturer serial number. The pump's own nameplate has not been photographed because the crate has not been opened.
