The Honeywell C437E1012 is a gas and air pressure limit switch designed for pressure or differential pressure supervision in industrial burner and combustion control systems. Part number C437E1012 features a single-pole single-throw mercury switch that opens the circuit on pressure fall, providing a break-on-fall safety function with manual reset lockout. The adjustable pressure range spans 1/2 to 5 PSIG (5 to 35 kPa, or 500 to 3500 mm of water column), with a differential of approximately 1/4 PSI at midscale. The switch action is additive differential, consistent with C437E series behavior. Piping connections include a 1/2 in. NPT female main or high-pressure port and a 1/8 in. NPT female vent or low-pressure port. Maximum sustained operating pressure is 15.0 PSI (103.4 kPa). Contact ratings include 8.0 AFL at 120 Vac and 5.1 AFL at 240 Vac. The enclosed setting resists tampering and dust ingress, while the clear glass cover allows visual observation of the interior mechanism and switch position. The Buna-N fiber-reinforced diaphragm provides added strength for demanding applications. Approvals include UL Listed (File No. MP2168), CSA Certified (File No. LR1620), and Factory Mutual Approved.
