The Lenze i510 is a compact single-phase frequency inverter rated at 0.75 kW and 1 HP, designed for cabinet installation in industrial automation and machine control applications. The unit accepts 1/N/PE 230/240 V AC input at 50/60 Hz with a 10 A maximum input current. Output is 0 to 230/240 V AC, 0 to 599 Hz, at 4.2 A, making it suitable for variable-speed control of single or three-phase AC motors in conveyor, pump, fan, agitator, and traveling drive applications. The drive carries an IP20 enclosure rating and bears CE, EAC, and UL (cULus Listed, file 1D74) certifications. The nameplate references IE2 efficiency classification and a manufacture date code of 1947 (week 47 of 2019). Maximum SCCR is 100 kA with fuse protection and 65 kA with breaker protection. The inverter features integrated relay output terminals (NO, NC, COM), brake resistor connections (Rb1, Rb2), motor output terminals (U, V, W), thermistor input (T1, T2), and a safety module slot with an installed SIA GS SIB safety card visible at the X109 interface. Terminal block X100 provides L1 and L2/N mains connections. The yellow safety module and orange-coded control terminals are intact.
