A 5,000 lb capacity S-beam load cell system from Loadstar Sensors, consisting of the RAS1-05KS-S stainless steel S-beam load cell and the DI-100U 16-bit USB load cell interface, housed together in a Pelican 1200 hard case with USB cable and accessory hardware. The RAS1-05KS-S carries serial number F243439827 and is rated at 5,000 lb (5 klb) capacity with a confirmed output of 2.9995 mV/V. The load cell is constructed from alloy steel and features threaded mounting holes at each end for in-line tension or compression measurement. The nameplate also references part number RAS1-05KS-S*CO3 on a secondary barcode label. The DI-100U provides 16-bit analog-to-digital conversion with USB output via an included S2U serial-to-USB adapter, supporting accuracies to ±0.1% of full scale and a data rate of approximately 40 Hz.
