Used in pharmaceutical water systems, semiconductor ultrapure water monitoring, and power generation applications, the Mettler-Toledo Thornton 5000TOCi is an online Total Organic Carbon analyzer sensor that uses UV oxidation combined with differential conductivity measurement to continuously determine TOC concentrations in high-purity water. This unit carries part number 58036031 and serial number 817350523, manufactured in the USA.

Input power is 100 to 130VAC at 50 to 60Hz, rated at 25W. Fuse type is T (time lag), rated 250V 1.25A, 5x20mm format. The enclosure features mounting flanges, a UV lamp replacement cover accessible from the side panel, an AC power entry connector, and a multi-pin transmitter connection port. A sample inlet and sample outlet with drain-before-shipping notation are present on the lower panel. Maximum sample inlet pressure is 85 PSIG.
