The part number FCU7-YZ141 is confirmed on the factory nameplate label, along with serial number LDA0KKLZT01C and a manufacture date of 08/2012. The FCU7-YZ series is a family of flat panel LCD display assemblies that replace earlier CRT-based monitors in Mitsubishi and Mazak Mazatrol control configurations.
